Registration

Registration must be completed online through the conference website. Please notice that, due to the limited capacity of the venue, the number of participants will be restricted to 200. Payment at the reduced rate are possible via Bank transfer of Credit Card before September 25th.
Asbtract submission for oral or poster contributions is now closed.

The registration fee includes:

• Conference participation
• Conference Program, and Book of Abstracts
• Welcome cocktail-party and Conference Dinner
• Coffee breaks

Note that the registration fee *does not include* travel arrangements and accommodation

Prices

• Early Registration fee (before September 25th): 250 Euros
• Late Registration fee (after September 25th): 280 Euros
• Student Registration fee: 100 Euros
• Student late Registration fee: 120 Euros

Student registrants should contact the Organizing Committee by regular email or fax and submit a letter of recommendation from their Thesis Advisor or Head of Department.

Accommodation

Garmisch-Partenkirchen offers a wealth of opportunities as far as accommodation is concerned. You can look for your preferred option on the local tourist website here. Moreover, the online registration form also includes the possibility of booking accommodation through the conference organization. A few rooms have been pre-booked in selected hotels within walking distance from the conference venue. To reserve one of these rooms, please proceed to and fill in the bottom part of the online registration form.
